The Goal of AWFixer Legal

the first and primary goal of AWFixer Legal is to ensure that we do not get sued. While we are confident our policy of forgetting your data and our security measures will go far enough to prevent any lawsuit from being successful, we want to also be transparent about the way that we run our businesses.

be aware that we are really aggressive about controlling our software and products as we feel that if we let it go we will be turned into something we find disagreeable, this does not mean that you will see any restrictions on using our products for things that are not illegal (our vpn/proxy policies non-withstanding)

we rely of these companies and services to run and host our processes

These are the general terms of service that apply to everything we do, such as age restrictions, abuse of services and so on.

Our Company wide privacy policy that specifies the default retention periods, data handling policies and limits on third party sharing.

Community Platform Privacy

we currently host our community on Discord, and we have a privacy policy for our community platform that accounts for this.

AWFixer Platform Privacy

This is for things that we build ourselves and host on platforms like vercel, railway, or Digital Ocean. The data here is controlled by us and we are much quicker to delete, redact and anonymize it.

our general security posture. Designed to be platform and position spanning. We will include specific security policies as time moves forward.
