There are not any apply buttons because even though the help is needed, we do not accept applications the way that a traditional business does. We want to see you in our community, making contributions, producing engagement, and interacting with us. When you do that, and as we get to know you - that is how you apply for jobs with us.
Things that you should know about working with us:
We do not feel like a Human Resources Department (HR) is something that we want, or that will drive our company in the right direction. At the core of our being is the idea that we love people. Working with us, you will learn that people are a critical part of our driving mission. Our founders, AWFixer and jinx, had this vision, a vision of a future where companies solve problems, rather than create them - joining us means you will be a part of driving this mission forward.

we were founded by AWFixer and jinx, and we have goals that they envisioned in the beginning and will continue to be a core part of our mission.

The Friends
our board of directors is the second part of our name. The Friends. There are currently 8 Friends, and 3 advisory friends that make up the board of directors. You can see most of them in our Discord.

Our Call To Action:
"This Project is necessary since toxic elements within OSS projects, moles from BigTech, are boycotting any substantial work, in order to destroy the "projects", to eliminate competition of their own products. Classic "embrace, extend, extinguish" tactics.
This is an independent project, not at all affiliated with BigTech or any of their subsidiaries or tax evasion tools, nor any political activists groups, state actors, etc. It's explicitly free of any "DEI" or similar discriminatory policies. Anybody who's treating others nicely is welcomed.
It doesn't matter which country you're coming from, your political views, your race, your sex, your age, your food menu, whether you wear boots or heels, whether you're furry or fairy, Conan or McKay, comic character, a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri, or just a boring average person. Anybody who's interested in bringing AWFixers Stuff forward is welcome.
