That is a good question. AWFixer and Friends is a company founded by AWFixer, jinx and the friends. with a founding goal of making the world a better place. We do not have a goal of making money, and the people who use our product will always matter more to us then our bottom line. We are a company that makes things that matter for people who matter and is run by friends who care.

AWFixer and Friends was founded by AWFixer, and recently we have brought jinx on as a co-owner. Together they hope to drive the mission of a free and open world forward, one friendship at a time.

will AWFixer and Friends make any money?

What is the mission behind AWFixer and Friends?

is AWFixer and Friends a non-profit

no. We are structured as a traditional C-Corp with the related financial structures and reporting systems. We are technically a Public Benefit Corporation and we will be aiming to get certified as a B Corp in the next year or two.

Where does AWFixer and Friends operate out of?

currently AWFixer and Friends, and its respective holding companies AWFixer Holdings LLC, and AJ Services LLC are registared companies in the state of Deleware. This is because the corporate law in Deleware gives us the freedom to pursue our mission with little to no issues.. Though we will be doing business in other strategic areas because some current laws that are being worked on will do significant harm to our ability to help those we want to help.
